What You'll Do:
As the Leasing Manager, you’ll work closely with the Property Manager to lead the leasing function and assist in daily property operations. Your goal: ensure every student has a great leasing experience from tour to move-in.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead leasing efforts by giving engaging property tours, responding to inquiries, and managing the full leasing cycle
- Coordinate all lease paperwork, applications, and renewals with accuracy and compliance
- Track collections, post rent payments, and support delinquency follow-ups
- Support marketing and outreach campaigns to attract new residents
- Respond quickly and professionally to resident concerns and support positive relationships
- Oversee front office operations and mentor leasing team members
- Step in as Acting Property Manager when needed
- Assist with property operations including service requests, inspections, and financial reporting
What We're Looking For:
- 1–3 years of experience in leasing or property management (student housing preferred)
- Strong customer service or sales background
- Familiarity with leasing software such as RealPage/OneSite is a plus
- Fair Housing Certification or willingness to obtain prior to start
- High school diploma or GED required; college coursework or degree a plus
- Energetic, organized, and results-driven with excellent communication skills
