Red Star Merchandise is an established, thriving, and growing music merchandise company seeking an Account Manager to join our team.
Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Managing the entire order process for assigned customer accounts; including coordination of order specifications, obtaining quotes, sourcing products, analyzing and negotiating pricing, creating purchase orders, preparing estimates, overseeing production and delivery of finished products for multiple clients simultaneously.
Position requirements include: a Bachelor’s Degree with 3-5 years account management or project management experience.
Individual must be an independent thinker and self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills.
The ideal candidate would have a working knowledge of screen-printing in the promotional apparel industry with some graphic design or design software (Illustrator) experience. Music industry experience a plus.
