Red Square Dental is hiring an Orthodontist (DDS/DMD) for a full-time or part-time position in Edinburg, Texas (Rio Grande Valley). Compensation & Benefits
- 30% of collections OR $1,200/day guaranteed minimum (whichever is greater)

Orthodontist Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat orthodontic cases (braces, clear aligners, early/interceptive care)
- Treatment planning and case presentation
- Work collaboratively within a multi-specialty dental practice
- Deliver ethical, patient-centered orthodontic care
Orthodontist Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree
- Completion of an accredited Orthodontic Residency Program
- Licensed or eligible for Texas dental license
- New graduate orthodontists and experienced orthodontists encouraged to apply
