Production Technician

Responsibilities:

As a Paint Production Technician, you will blend and build a broad range of paints and coatings, ensuring each batch is flawlessly mixed and prepared.

• Pour pigments, make tints, and use a formula to create an exact color, consistency and texture
• Conduct test sprays to ensure quality and customer expectations are met
• Prepare orders into the proper sized containers
• Operate a forklift - shipping/receiving and material handling

Requirements:

• Ability to work second shift hours - 2:30- 11 p.m. Monday-Friday
• Possess general problem solving and math skills
• Keen eye for detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Complete pre-employment testing to include: Background, health physical, cognitive ability and color blindness testing
