What You’ll Do
- Represent buyers, sellers, and investors with professionalism and care.
- Work company-provided ready-to-convert leads (no endless cold calling).
- Build and nurture your own pipeline using proven systems and marketing support.
- Negotiate offers and contracts to deliver the best results for your clients.
- Use our AI-powered CRM and tools to simplify your workflow.
- Participate in ongoing training, one-on-one coaching, and mentorship.
- Collaborate with a supportive, growth-minded team that celebrates success together.

What We’re Looking For
- Active Utah Real Estate License (or currently in the process).
- 1 year of experience preferred, but motivated new agents are encouraged to apply.
- Driven, coachable, and eager to grow professionally and personally.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
