Responsibilities
- Perform routine pool maintenance including cleaning, water chemistry balancing, and equipment inspections to ensure optimal operation.
- Troubleshoot and repair pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and plumbing systems using hand tools and power tools.
- Handle water treatment chemicals safely, maintaining proper chemical levels to ensure water quality and safety standards are met.
- Conduct pool plumbing system diagnostics and repairs, ensuring all components operate efficiently.
- Assist with pool construction projects by installing new pools, repairing existing structures, and performing upgrades according to project specifications.
- Operate company vehicles responsibly for on-site visits, deliveries, and project transportation.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about maintenance needs, repairs, and project timelines.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to pool systems and equipment troubleshooting.
- Experience with pool plumbing systems and water treatment chemical handling.
- Knowledge of pool chemistry balancing, cleaning techniques, and water treatment protocols.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely and effectively.
- Prior experience working outdoors in various weather conditions within aquatic facilities or similar environments.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
- Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles responsibly.
