Red’s Threads Athleisure Boutique is in search of Part-Time Sales Associates to deliver a satisfying customer experience to everyone that walks through the doors!
The Sales Associate will be responsible for greeting customers with a warm smile, delivering a high level of customer service and demonstrating accuracy and efficiency when processing customer purchases.
Job Responsibilities:
· Greet customers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner as they enter the store
· Provide information to customers about products and events
· Assemble displays and display merchandise neatly to maximize visibility and sales
· Perform the inventorying of merchandise
· Utilize computers, bar readers and other electronic devices
· Perform general cleaning duties, assuring the store looks its best
· Provide feedback to management on product sales, inventory losses, scanning error and general issues
· Perform other tasks as assigned by the Store Owner
Job Qualifications:
· High School graduate or equivalent preferred
· One year of previous retail experience is a plus!
· A positive and outgoing personality
· Ability to recognize and execute sales opportunities
· Excellent customer service skills
Physical Requirements/ Environment:
· Ability to lift in excess of 20 pounds
· Ability to stand for long periods of time, bending and stooping
· Ability to climb on ladders and stools
· Light exposure to perfumes and cleaning products

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
