What are the responsibilities and job description for the Restaurant Takeout Team Member position at Red's Barbecue & Grillery?
We're looking for the BEST in town to join our Takeout team! Red's is a Simi Valley staple. High volume, lots of energy and fast-paced, especially for takeout and delivery. Here's a little more about the role. We ask that you:

- Answer each phone call and greet everyone with your passion, enthusiasm and unique sense of self.
- Greet curbside takeout orders with a sense of urgency and friendliness.
- Successfully implement and execute all takeout orders to 100% guest satisfaction so as to ensure repeat visits.
- Treat all team members, management team, guests and vendors with equal dignity and respect.
- Demonstrate teamwork in every function that we do by being of service to each other.
- Maintain an elevated level of guest service and a hospitable attitude when on the phone with our guests or as they come in to place and pickup orders.
- Serve everyone with a smile and positivity, even when there may be adversity.
- Operate in a fast and efficient manner in all aspects of the job.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to ensure the health, safety and well-being of everyone.
- Attend all scheduled team meetings and constructively bringing suggestions for improvement.
- Are capable of lifting 25 lbs. or less and requesting help from a Team Member for items over 25 lbs.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the General Manager or other members of the Management Team.
