Red's All Natural is looking for a Maintenance Planner/Analyst to join our team at our North Sioux City, SD facility, a 300-person food manufacturing plant. This role is primarily responsible for planning and analyzing maintenance work for a team of maintenance technicians, with additional responsibility for supporting raw and packaging material inventory accuracy. This is a great fit for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and energized by keeping equipment reliability and planning tight in a fast-paced food production environment.

Maintenance Planning & Analysis
- End to end creation and management of the maintenance workflow process.
- Develop, schedule, and prioritize preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance work orders for the plant's production and facility equipment.
- Coordinate with the Maintenance Manager and maintenance team to align work order scheduling with production plans and downtime windows.
- Maintain the CMMS with accurate equipment records, work history, and PM schedules.
- Forecast parts and materials needed for upcoming maintenance work to ensure availability without overstocking.
- Track maintenance KPIs (PM compliance, work order backlog, downtime, MTTR/MTBF) and report trends to plant leadership.
- Support root cause analysis on recurring equipment failures and help translate findings into planning adjustments.
- Assist in coordinating maintenance activities with outside contractors and vendors as needed.
- Support inventory accuracy for spare parts including cycle counts and discrepancy resolution as needed.

- Partner with Production Planning and Purchasing to help ensure MRO and production materials are available when needed.
- 2 years of experience in maintenance planning or a related manufacturing role — food manufacturing strongly preferred.
- Experience with ERP/CMMS systems (NetSuite experience a plus).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Comfortable reading and interpreting data to support decision-making (spreadsheets, basic reporting/query tools).
- Clear communicator able to work effectively with maintenance technicians, production staff, and leadership.
- Ability to work on the plant floor and in an office/computer-based setting as needed.
