Key Responsibilities

• Operate tortilla production machinery efficiently and safely to meet daily production targets
• Monitor equipment performance and perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting as needed
• Ensure the quality and consistency of tortillas by adhering to established standards and specifications
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Assist in the preparation and packaging of finished products
• Record production data accurately and report any issues to supervisors
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes
  
  

Skills And Qualifications

• Previous experience in food manufacturing or a similar production environment preferred
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot machinery
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
