What are the responsibilities and job description for the Frontend Wheeled Log Loader Operator position at Red Rooster Bedding?
We are looking for a Frontend Wheeled Log Loader Operator.
Ideal candidates will be independent in the working environment, self-starter, great aptitude and attitude, and able to trouble shoot with Site Leadership to understand the need and direction of the operation.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Operate Frontend Wheeled Log Loader and other equipment according to instructions
- Troubleshoot issues and perform maintenance
- Comply with all safety and health regulations
- Clean machinery and maintain cleanliness in work area
- Other duties as needed and assigned
Skills and Qualifications
- Previous Frontend Wheeled Log Loader operating experience required
- Must be detail-oriented
- Working knowledge of production and plant processes
- Analytical and numerical skills: ability to perform mathematical calculations (add, subtract, multiply, divide) in different units of measurement
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to lift heavy equipment, to bend, and to stand or walk for long periods of time
- Willingness to work overtime (if necessary)
- PAY WILL BE DETERMINED BASED ON PRIOR WORK EXPERIENCE
