We are seeking a motivated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel rooms and public areas. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure our guests enjoy a spotless, welcoming environment every time they stay with us.
- Clean guest rooms and public areas thoroughly, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
- Perform floor care duties such as sweeping, mopping, and polishing to keep all surfaces pristine
- Restock amenities like toiletries, towels, and linens to ensure guest satisfaction
- Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure quick resolution
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good working condition
- Adhere to hospitality standards and company policies to deliver consistent service excellence
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or housekeeping within a hotel or hospitality setting preferred
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning equipment is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards guest service
- Previous custodial or housekeeping management experience is a plus
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
