Responsibilities:
- Oversee all daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance departments
- Drive guest satisfaction scores and resolve escalated customer service issues promptly
- Recruit, train, schedule, and manage hotel staff to ensure peak performance
- Monitor and manage property budget, revenue targets, and cost controls
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety regulations, and company policies
- Analyze occupancy rates, ADR, and RevPAR to maximize hotel profitability
- Build relationships with local businesses and community partners to drive bookings
- Conduct regular property inspections to maintain quality and cleanliness standards
Requirements:
- 2 years of hotel management or hospitality general manager experience required
- Proven track record in team leadership, staff development, and performance management
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, PMS systems, and revenue management
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Experience managing budgets, P&L statements, and financial reporting
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Familiarity with brand standards and franchise compliance is a plus
