Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards.
- Ensure all areas are sanitized and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and storing linens and towels.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; notify management when reordering is necessary.
- Assist in special cleaning projects as needed, such as deep cleaning or seasonal tasks.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with housekeeping management protocols.
Experience
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred, particularly within hotel or hospitality settings.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques and industrial cleaning practices is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively while completing tasks efficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality service.
