Duties

- Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and repair requirements.
- Fabricate parts as needed for repairs or improvements to existing systems.
- Conduct residential painting tasks to maintain the aesthetic quality of facilities.
- Weld components when necessary to ensure structural integrity.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff and residents.
- Collaborate with other technicians to complete larger projects, demonstrating leadership skills when required.
Qualifications
