- Operate various cleaning equipment and use appropriate cleaning detergents safely and effectively
- Handle manual lifting and outdoor work as needed to access different areas of the property safely
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning preferences and address any special requests
- Maintain organized cleaning schedules, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks to maximize productivity
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services is preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and sanitation standards
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment and detergents used in residential settings
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks with care
