- Prospect and build targeted account lists for assigned hotels using CRM data, AI, local business directories, chambers of commerce, and market research.
- Execute proactive multi-channel outreach including phone calls, emails, and social selling to generate revenue opportunities.
- Conduct discovery conversations to assess room-night potential, booking methods, rate sensitivity, and decision-making structure.
- Qualify opportunities and activate new accounts by coordinating rate setup and account loading within brand pricing guidelines.
- Serve as the remote sales function for franchisees without hotel-level sales support, providing account updates and simple sales toolkits.
- Maintain accurate pipeline documentation in CRM, including lead status, next steps, and forecasted production.
- Collaborate with National Sales, Revenue Management, and Franchise Operations to align strategy and maximize account activation success.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales, sales development, business development, or hotel sales.
- Demonstrated ability to perform high-volume outbound prospecting and follow structured sales cadences.
- Strong communication, discovery, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with CRM platforms, Salesforce preferred, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Hospitality, travel, or franchise sales experience preferred.
