Essential Functions:

• Build Member Relationships at Lockheed Martin
  • Work with onsite management and Lockheed Martin HR personnel to build a strong partnership through providing employee benefits through RRCU products and services.
  • Listen actively to members, ask questions, and provide expert guidance to open the right products for their needs.
  • Serve as the expert for members on deposit and consumer loan products.
  • Develop a deeper relationship with Lockheed Martin members through an educational approach.
  • Be the "single point of contact" for our Waterton Branch members with questions or specific credit union needs.
  • Complete outbound contacts to opportunities for new deposits or loans.
  • Meets/Exceeds service level expectations.
  • Protects member information, following all applicable policies, procedures, rules, and regulations, and ensures the safety and soundness within role.
  • Onboards new members; works with systems and other departments to ensure all new members have appropriate products and services; reports any system malfunctions that are impeding member engagement to management
• Assist members with any consumer loans and home equity loans from application to funding
  • Knowledge of consumer lending products, including secured (auto) products.
  • Beginning understanding of home equity products.
  • Analyze applicant's financial status to find the best solutions.
  • Ability to calculate debt to income, loan to value, and potential loan payments.
  • Understanding of credit union ancillary loan products and sells the protection products; protecting our members and loans.
  • Aims for high efficiency, understanding required documentation and meeting service level expectations.
  • Develop skills to support the mortgage loan specialist in home equity loans.

• Supports the Credit Union's Business Development Efforts and SEG growth strategy
  • Serve as brand champion of the Red Rocks brand by participating in and hosting events with our SEG Lockheed Martin.
  • Drives member engagement and loyalty through business development efforts.

Experience:

• Requires one to three years of similar or related experience.
• Typically requires (1) A two-year college degree or (2) Completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school or (3) Completion of a specialized and extensive in-house training or apprenticeship program.
• Understands member relationship management for the purposes of deepening member relationships. Is a subject matter expert on all remote delivery systems available to members (i.e., online banking, online statements, remote deposit processes, telephone banking, etc.).
• Good listening and telephone skills; able to operate a PC and related devices, and other standard office equipment; able to make decisions with minimum information.
• This position requires that employees pass certain security clearances in order to be on-site at the Lockheed Martin facilities.
• The Credit Union follows a hybrid work structure for some positions where employees can work remotely. This position is required to be in the office at the Waterton Branch Location Tuesday - Thursday. This position may be required to work Saturday rotations and on occasion, this role participates in other community events.
