What You'll Do:
- Create and maintain operational documentation and training resources
- Manage knowledge platforms to ensure accuracy and accessibility
- Act as an SME in member service operations and financial systems
- Support projects through testing, validation, and training development
- Identify and recommend process improvements
- Deliver onboarding and ongoing training (virtual and in-person)
- Partner across teams to align training with business needs

What We're Looking For:
- 3–5 years of related experience
- Degree, certification, or equivalent training/experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience developing and delivering training
- Knowledge of financial systems or operations (preferred)

Work Environment:
This role follows a hybrid schedule, with in-office days on Tuesdays and Thursdays and remote work available Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. There may be opportunities for increased in-office presence based on business needs.
