Responsibilities
- Operate heavy farm equipment such as a rake, baler, and harrow bed, as well as other machinery with precision and safety.
Qualifications
- Previous farm experience is appreciated but not required.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (94 lbs.)
- Experience with power tools, hand tools, and MRO (maintenance, repair & operations) tasks.
- Outdoor work experience with a focus on hay is preferred; must be comfortable working in varying weather conditions.
- Must be able to pass a drug test.
