Our co-owner is a State of New Mexico licensed instructor for Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 Security Guard certifications. We provide training that exceeds state requirements to ensure our officers are fully prepared to respond professionally and confidently in any situation.

Security Officer Responsibilities
- Conduct vehicle and foot patrols
- Monitor property access and authorize entry
- Secure buildings, doors, gates, and restricted areas
- Observe and report suspicious activity
- Complete daily activity and incident reports
- Provide excellent customer service and professionalism
- Assist with crowd control and site safety when needed
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong observation and surveillance abilities
- Professional communication and report-writing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must pass a drug screening (including marijuana)
- Must pass an extensive background investigation
- No felony convictions or DUI convictions within the past 7 years
