PRIMARY FUNCTION: Personnel Recruiter/Coordinator is responsible for the recruiting activities for the company as well as orienting new employees and creating complete personnel files.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

  • Operate within and assist in maintaining a positive company culture that fosters support, compassion, and dedication to the population we serve while providing exceptional customer service and effective communication with staff
  • Handle recruiting tasks, such as:
  • advertising new and open positions both internally and externally
  • initial screening of prospective candidates, to be referred to next step interviewing by hiring managers and leaders in a multi-touch, multi-point interviewing process
  • coordinate interviews dates/times with each interviewer and candidate
  • once directed, create and send out conditional job offer letters to candidates with pertinent information
  • track offer letters based on deadlines set by hiring managers
  • once offers are accepted, initiate and track all prehire screening objectives
  • maintain tracking spreadsheet and communication along prescreen timeline
  • schedule orientation/onboarding agenda for each set of new hire starts
  • ensure all required trainings are assigned and completed as part of orientation/onboarding
  • provide new hires with all accesses to company resources such as email, EHR, Relias, Hatch, etc.
  • refer completed new hire orientation/onboard employees to direct report managers/directors

OTHER DUTIES:

  • Assist with coordinating patient care
  • Submitting accurate and timely expense reports
  • Applying appropriate cost effective/cost saving measures
  • Act in compliance with RRRC’s regulatory and professional standards and guidelines.
  • Assist and participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings as directed
  • Engage in individual and company goal setting, process implementation, and completion/adherence thereafter.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • None

QUALIFICATIONS:

Position Description To perform this successfully, an individual should have adequate education, experience, and knowledge regarding the nature and treatment of alcoholism and drug addiction. Knowledge of community resources, principles, and techniques of alcoholism, addicts and drug abuse counseling.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

High School Diploma or equivalent or Associate’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Basic computer skills,

including the use of Microsoft Office Suite. At least 2 years experience working in recruiting or staffing

required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

The employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; use

hands to handle paperwork; reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include

close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Personal office; noise level is usually moderate in common areas.

  • Work Hours/ Shifts: Varies, typically M-F, 8am-4pm
