Duties
- Conduct thorough patient assessments upon arrival, including vital signs, medical history review, and initial triage to determine urgency levels.
- Manage patient check-in and registration processes.
- Assist healthcare providers during examinations.
- Maintain detailed and organized medical records, documenting all patient interactions with precision according to policies
- Coordinate follow-up appointments.
- Provide health education and coaching on topics such as medication administration, pain management, nutrition, and chronic disease management
Experience
- Proven nursing experience in diverse settings.
- Experience working with young adults in an educational setting
- Excellent patient assessment skills combined with a compassionate approach to behavioral health support and needs assessments
