What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automotive Detailer / Wash Bay Technician / Recon Specialist position at Red Rock Ford of Dickinson, Inc?
You will be responsible for washing, cleaning and reconditioning vehicles, inside and out. Other duties may include: fueling up vehicles and assisting the detail manager in the shop as needed.
Overview
We are seeking an Automotive Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars and providing exceptional customer service. If you have an eye for detail and take pride in making vehicles look their best, we want to hear from you. Preferred those with experience.
Responsibilities
- Clean and detail vehicles inside and out
- Perform car wash, buffing, and touch ups as needed
- Drive vehicles to and from designated areas
- Help with lot duties such as clearing snow from cars, and making sure lines are straight
- Ensure all vehicles are spotless and ready for customer delivery
- Maintain cleanliness of the detailing area
Requirements
- Experience in automotive detailing or similar role is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
- Customer service-oriented with good communication skills
- Ability to drive vehicles safely and responsibly
- Knowledge of custodial duties is a plus
Pay dependent on experience - $16-20 an hour
