POSITION TITLE: Office Manager
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Associates Degree or equivalent education and experience
· Experience and/or knowledge of office management standards
· Ability to establish and maintain professional working relationships with supervisor,
co-workers, clients, community organizations and local businesses
- Excellent communication and social skills
· Ability to utilize effective organizational skills
- Strong professional and personal boundaries required.
- Energetic, self-motivated, maintains professionalism and confidentiality.
- Good judgment, discretion and decision-making skills.
- Valid Arizona Driver License
- Maintain current CPR and First Aid certification
- Complete a minimum of 24 hours of relevant training each year
- Maintain a current fingerprint clearance card with DPS.
- Above average individual judgment, discretion and decision making.
- Teamwork and coaching skills essential.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: This position requires extensive periods of sitting and computer work. It requires the flexibility and ability to handle many responsibilities at the same time.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer incoming phone calls and relays calls or take messages as needed.
- Scheduling and confirming appointments.
- Maintain client tracking system.
- Verify Insurance benefits for agency clients
· Prepare new client files.
· Perform various computer related duties as assigned.
· Assist in maintaining accurate files for employees and contractors.
Ensure all services are submitted for billing for all agency clients.
· Follow-up on billing services through documented telephone conversations, memos, and letters.
· Monitor the need for the ongoing maintenance of agency facilities
· Ensure adequate supplies are maintained at the agency
· Ensure the cleanliness of agency offices
· Document all pertinent client information in individual client files and communicate
any pertinent information regarding a client to the clinical team for staffing purposes.
· Demonstrate respect and appreciation to all community members and organizations
· Attend bi-weekly Staff Meetings
· Coordinate and schedule bi-weekly staff meetings
· Ensure office coverage when taking time off
· Conduct a monthly review of client files to ensure compliance
· Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
