Responsibilities:
* Create and post social media content regularly
* Take/edit photos and videos of projects, jobsites, and team activities
* Manage company social media accounts and respond to messages/comments
* Help grow followers and engagement
* Create professional and creative content that represents the company well
* Coordinate with ownership and field teams for project updates
* Assist with marketing ideas, recruiting content, and company branding
Qualifications:
* Experience managing social media accounts
* Strong photo/video editing skills
* Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
* Creative, organized, and self-motivated
* Construction industry experience is a plus but not required
