Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Boiler/Refrigeration Operator role located in Rochester, NY. The Operator will be responsible for the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of utility systems including steam generation, wastewater treatment, and other essential utilities. Day-to-day tasks include inspecting and operating heavy equipment, troubleshooting utility systems, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards for uninterrupted service. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational challenges to maintain system efficiency.
