Role Description
Under the direction of the Medical Director, the ARNP will conduct psychiatric evaluations, history and physical assessments, and follow-up care. This role ensures continuity of care from intake through discharge, supporting both the physical and psychological needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform psychiatric evaluations and history/physical assessments for all patients.
- Provide follow-up care and monitor patient progress.
- Collaborate weekly with the Medical Director to review treatment plans and program integrity.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records.
- Work closely with therapists, physicians, and allied staff to ensure coordinated care.
- Comply with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
- Support compliance with state, federal, and JCAHO regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: MSN/APRN, ARNP, NP-BC, ACNP, FNP, ANP, or PA-C licensed under the Oklahoma

- Experience: Preferred experience with adolescent psychiatric care and at least one year in a residential or outpatient setting.
