Red River Valley Athletics in Grand Forks is hiring a part-time Office Assistant. Duties for this position include answering the phones, greeting and assisting customers, responding to emails, working with our Point of Sale and class management system, directing callers appropriately as well as other assigned tasks. The ideal candidate for this position is cheerful with a professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills. Candidates should be proficient in computer literacy including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office and Google applications. Candidates must demonstrate strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively as well as provide excellent customer service.
