Position Summary
The Supply Technician Lead is responsible for overseeing day-to-day planning, implementation and problem-solving of a team in the performance of the team’s assignment. In addition to managing the activities of the team, Team Leaders also performs a variety of Supply duties requiring an understanding of the establishment’s plan.

Physical Demands
The Supply Technician Lead is responsible for overseeing day-to-day planning, implementation and problem-solving of a team in the performance of the team’s assignment. In addition to managing the activities of the team, Team Leaders also performs a variety of Supply duties requiring an understanding of the establishment’s plan.
Essential Functions Of The Position
- Verifying materials (or merchandise) against receiving documents, noting, and reporting discrepancies and obvious damages.
- Performs technical supply management and works under the supervision of the Supply Manager
- Performs inventory and storage management to include sensitive items, cataloging, property utilization, customer reconciliations, requisitions processing, issue and receipt of supply items, supply parts research and analysis, related to depot, local and other supply activities
- Updates critical logistical reports daily
- Manages the data flow between customers, stock operations and STAMIS operations
- Establishes and maintain automated and manual accounting records, post receipts and turn-ins
- Ensures that all supply requirements are processed accurately and timely
- Maintains supply storage area in accordance with regulatory guidance
- Edits all received supply transactions and posts as applicable
- Edits and performs quality assurance and quality control checks during input of data from source documents
- Performs research to resolve inventory discrepancies
- Investigates stock/record/material discrepancies impacting inventory balances
- Operates material handling equipment (MHE) such as forklifts and stock selectors to move material
- Performs physical inventory counts, material inspections and location survey checks
- Updates records based on cyclic inspections, and researches receipt discrepancies for record adjustments
- Performs other relevant duties as assigned

- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Perform physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials.
- Indoor/Outdoor; exposure to external environmental conditions possible.
- Noise level can range from minimal to intense.
- Must have warehouse experience.
- Must be able to speak, write, read, and understand English.
- Must have ability to multitask and demonstrate attention to detail.
- Must be reliable, responsible, and able to fulfill obligations.
- Possess a Valid California Drivers’ License.
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be able to pass a National Criminal Background Check.
