Red River Courier is seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Delivery Input Coordinator to join our team. This position plays an important role in ensuring delivery information is entered accurately and efficiently so that our courier team has the information needed to complete deliveries on time.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, have strong computer and data-entry skills, and be able to communicate effectively with team members while managing multiple priorities.

Upon successful completion of training, the regular schedule will be Tuesday through Friday, working four 10-hour shifts each week.

Because this position directly supports our delivery team, the Delivery Input Coordinator must take ownership of their responsibilities and understand the importance of entering information correctly and on time.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and process delivery information into the appropriate system.
- Review delivery information for accuracy and completeness before assigning or processing deliveries.
- Verify patient/customer names, addresses, delivery instructions, and other required information.
- Organize and prioritize delivery information to help support efficient courier routes.
- Communicate with couriers and other team members regarding delivery updates, changes, questions, or concerns.
- Correct data-entry errors and resolve missing or incomplete delivery information.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and related documentation.
- Monitor incoming delivery requests and ensure they are entered in a timely manner.
- Assist with coordinating time-sensitive or priority deliveries.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and delivery information.
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding delivery processing and documentation.
- Work closely with management and other departments to ensure smooth daily delivery operations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong computer and data-entry skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a team.
- Previous experience in data entry, dispatching, delivery coordination, pharmacy, healthcare, or a related environment is preferred but not required.
