Schedule: Weekdays, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM (occasional after-hours or Saturdays)

Experience This Job is Great For: Construction, landscaping, roofing, electrical, warehouse, or manufacturing trades. No prior lighting experience required—training provided on-the-job with a skilled Crew Chief.

What You’ll Do:
- Install and service low-voltage lighting systems
- Trench wire, install fixtures, and mount transformers
- Maintain and repair lighting systems
- Keep equipment organized and maintain clean job sites
- Apply hands-on, real-world training to develop technical skills
What You’ll Need:
- Comfortable on ladders up to 30–40ft daily
- Willingness to work outdoors year-round
- Adaptable and able to switch tasks quickly
- Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Bonus Points:
- Experience with hand/power tools
- Background in construction, landscaping, or electrical work
- High school diploma or technical/vocational training
