What are the responsibilities and job description for the Day Supports - Direct Support Professional (DSP) Full-Time position at Red River Human Services Foundation?
We are currently seeking a team member to fill our Full-Time Direct Support Professional - position in our Day Support Program:
Applicant's Must:
- Be able to drive (19 years old, valid driver's license, have an insured vehicle, driven 2 years
- Motivated to teach
- Be dependable
- Assist people with disabilities to be independent in their activities of daily living
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Attend staff meetings
- Be able to effectively communicate with team members
- Have a positive attitude and be self-directed
Applicants should be
- Comfortable assisting with personal care needs
- Possible behaviors (therapeutic intervention training provided) AND Should enjoy participating in community activities
Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
Great starting wage of $18.50/hour or more DOE!
