Utilizing a multidisciplinary team of experts, we coordinate care and investigations to focus on the child’s wellbeing while ensuring a streamlined and supportive process. Serving communities across Eastern North Dakota, Western Minnesota, Northeastern South Dakota, and several Native American Reservations, we aim to protect and support children in need.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Fargo, ND, for a Mental Health Clinician. The clinician will provide therapeutic support to children and families impacted by abuse and trauma. Responsibilities include conducting individual and family therapy, developing treatment plans, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, maintaining accurate case records, and providing support throughout the healing and recovery process. Additionally, the clinician will contribute to community outreach and education when needed.
Qualifications
- Background in Social Work and Case Management
- Knowledge and experience in Psychology and Behavioral Health
- Skills in Family Therapy and working with trauma-affected children and families
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Current licensure or eligibility for professional licensure (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, etc.)
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams to reduce trauma for child victims
