Maintenance Technician
Location: Muskogee, OK
Red River Brick, a premier brand within the General Shale network, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team at our Muskogee, OK facility. This role is ideal for experienced industrial maintenance professionals who enjoy hands-on work, troubleshooting equipment, and supporting safe, efficient plant operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plant-wide electrical, mechanical, and production equipment
- Inspect machinery, equipment, and structures to identify wear, damage, or needed repairs
- Service, repair, adjust, and test machines, devices, moving parts, and mechanical systems
- Perform general plant maintenance, including welding, pipefitting, machining, carpentry, and basic fabrication
- Install, align, balance, and maintain new and existing equipment
- Use a wide range of hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Perform physical tasks such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, and handling materials
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions and complete repairs in a timely manner
- Follow all safety regulations and contribute to a zero-harm workplace
- Assist with additional maintenance or operational tasks as assigned by supervision
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 2 years of industrial maintenance experience required
- Electrical knowledge and troubleshooting experience strongly preferred
- Post-secondary technical or trade training preferred
- Ability to read, understand, and work from basic electrical prints and schematics
- Working knowledge of NEC regulations
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team environment
- Dependable with excellent attendance
- Good vision and ability to work safely in an industrial environment
SCHEDULE:
- Day shift position
- Tuesday–Saturday
- Hours: 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. or until production is complete for the day
PAY:
- $26.48 per hour
- Paid weekly
