Grinding Loader/ Operator

Red River Brick, a leading brand of the General Shale network in the Southwest U.S., is hiring a Grinding Loader / Operator for our manufacturing facility in Union City, Oklahoma.
This position is responsible for operating and monitoring grinding equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates must be able to work safely, both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Follow all safety rules and procedures
- Complete pre-operation checks to ensure equipment starts and runs properly
- Operate and monitor multiple pieces of equipment to reduce downtime
- Report and document equipment issues to the supervisor
- Monitor equipment condition and maintain daily records
- Perform basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
- Ensure ground material meets quality standards
- Maintain proper material levels
- Assist with other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- At least 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred
- Forklift, loader, or backhoe experience preferred, or willingness to learn
- Heavy equipment and belt conveyor experience is a plus
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
- Dependable, safety-minded, and able to work well with others
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and perform physical work
