Summary
Uses business intelligence services (software, platforms) for the purpose of extracting, transforming and importing/exporting data sets for analysis and reporting. Engages in business process design/analysis and workflow mapping to identify value-add opportunities and improve overall operational/performance efficiency. User and/or primary/back-up administrator of inhouse and third-party software services/systems/platforms. Supports or leads project management efforts as determined by supervisor.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Use/manage business intelligence services/systems.
Conduct and document business process mapping.
Develop/administer data extraction/transformation/load processes.
Conduct data analysis and data reporting as requested/assigned.
Develop project management plans, milestones, key tasks.
Lead or support projects as assigned.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/ or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in business management, management information systems, data management/analysis, application development and/or programming.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of databases, object-oriented programming, spreadsheet/word processing packages, and/or general familiarity with database concepts and programming methods.
