We’re looking for a skilled and dependable Ford Mobile Service Technician who can deliver professional, on-site service while representing the Red River brand with pride and excellence.
Position Summary
As a Ford Mobile Service Technician, you’ll perform maintenance and light repair work at customer locations using a fully equipped Ford Mobile Service van. This position is ideal for a self-motivated, customer-focused technician who enjoys working independently while maintaining the quality and precision standards of a Ford Certified Service Department.
Responsibilities
- Perform light maintenance and repairs at customer locations, including oil changes, filters, batteries, wipers, and inspections.
- Conduct mobile diagnostic checks and minor repairs as authorized.
- Ensure proper documentation of work performed and maintain accurate records in service software.
- Communicate professionally with customers to explain repairs and build trust in the service process.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and professional appearance of the mobile service vehicle.
- Follow all safety and Ford service procedures while working independently in the field.
- Represent Red River Ford of Cabot with professionalism, integrity, and a focus on customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Ford Certified Technician (preferred) or prior dealership experience.
- 2 years of general automotive service experience.
- Strong understanding of routine maintenance, electrical systems, and diagnostics.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (CDL not required).
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and communicate clearly.
- Customer-focused attitude and professional appearance.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments safely.
