We are a fast-growing roofing company looking for an experienced Residential Repair Technician to help launch and grow our residential repair division. This is an opportunity to become a key member of our team with significant earning potential through hourly pay plus commissions on repairs you sell.

Responsibilities
- Perform residential exterior and interior repairs, including:
- Shingle roof repairs
- Siding repairs
- Leak repairs
- Drywall repair
- Interior and exterior painting
- General exterior handyman work
- Conduct roof, leak, and repair inspections.
- Diagnose issues and recommend the best repair solutions.
- Meet with homeowners and explain repair options.
- Prepare estimates and sell repair projects.
- Complete repairs safely, professionally, and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate job documentation, photos, and customer communication.
- Help establish and grow our residential repair division.
Qualifications
- Experience with residential roofing and exterior repairs.
- Working knowledge of siding, shingles, drywall, painting, and general handyman repairs.
- Ability to troubleshoot leaks and identify the root cause of issues.
- Comfortable meeting with homeowners and selling repair solutions.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently.
Compensation
- $25.00 per hour
- Commission on repair jobs you sell
- Company provided vehicle/ gas card
