This is a full-time on-site role based in Cairo for a Senior Sales Associate specializing in real estate. The Senior Sales Associate will cultivate client relationships, assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties, conduct market research, and provide informed advice by leveraging market data and trends. The role requires effective collaboration with clients, developers, and other stakeholders to achieve sales goals and deliver superior customer service.
- Customer Service and client relationship management skills
- Real Estate License or relevant certifications (preferred but not mandatory)
- Comprehensive understanding of Real Property and Real Estate principles
- Proven Sales experience, particularly within the real estate sector
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to close deals efficiently
- Familiarity with the local real estate market and trends
- Proficiency in technology and data analysis tools used in the real estate industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
