Red Racks Thrift Stores is hiring Champions to join its Team. This part-time position is responsible for maintaining a safe, clean and efficient warehouse in a fast-paced environment. You will be moving product with a pallet jack, loading and unloading trucks.
Qualifications
Team Thrift is seeking dynamic, energetic, career minded, self-starting individuals to join our team. Now hiring for an experienced part-time Warehouse Associate. Responsibilities include:
- Assist with warehouse operations in alignment with company’s growth and vision;
- Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations;
- Comply with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, shipping and safety requirements; enforcing adherence to requirements and advising management on needed actions;
- Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts; tracking inventory; maintaining accurate accounting of credential product and recycle material sales.
- Manage waste-stream and control costs; assist with recycling at each location;
- REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years of broad warehouse experience;
- Must be forklift proficient and certified; or willing to be trained.
- Familiarity with thrift/donated product and recycled materials management;
- Strong decision-making and problem solving skills;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Must be able to bend, stand, and stoop throughout the day;
- Must be able to push, pull, drag and lift items in excess of 100 pounds on a frequent daily basis;
- Must follow all federal, state, local and safety regulations;
