As a ASMIT to will receive all the training to become an Assistant Manager during the 90 day training. At the end of the training you will be promoted to be to an Assistant Manager if all the training is completed adequately with a pay increase to $19.23 per hour. If not you will become a keyholder at one of our 2 locations at the wage of $15.75 per hour.
