To help clients design, govern, and optimize high-impact Employee Experience (EX) programs that drive engagement, performance, and retention. The EX Advisor combines strategy, measurement, storytelling, and facilitation to turn insights into action-partnering with Implementation to deliver measurable outcomes and long-term value.

Success means clients adopt an EX strategy, act on insights, and see meaningful movement in employee outcomes. Executive stakeholders trust your recommendations, workshops produce concrete action plans, and projects land on time with clear ROI and governance in place.
Key Outcomes
1) EX Strategy & Program Design

Assess current EX maturity; define vision, use cases, and a phased roadmap aligned to business goals.

Establish EX governance (roles, cadences, decision rights) and operating rhythms (QBRs, action planning).
2) Measurement Architecture & Analytics (EX)

Design EX measurement across the lifecycle (e.g., engagement, eNPS, onboarding, manager effectiveness, inclusion, exit).

Build/optimize EX survey instruments; define KPIs and dashboards.
3) Executive Summaries & Storytelling

Prepare and present clear, decision-ready Executive Summary decks that link insights to business impact.
4) Workshops & Enablement

Lead EX workshops (action planning, journey mapping, moments-that-matter, manager enablement).

Build toolkits (templates, playbooks) to sustain action between cycles.
5) Advisory Delivery & Client Partnership

Serve as main point of contact for Advisory projects; manage scope, timeline, and risks; coordinate with Implementation.
6) Growth, SME Support & Thought Leadership

Join sales calls as an EX SME; shape proposals/statements of work; publish POVs and reusable assets.
Qualifications

10 years' experience in Employee Experience (EX) program management (required)

Graduate Degree in I/O Psychology (preferred)

Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, or related field

Working knowledge of the Qualtrics EX platform

Deep understanding of EX best practices and trends

Proficiency with EX measurement tools and methodologies (e.g., eNPS, Engagement, Employee Effort)

Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

Strong business acumen; able to link EX initiatives to business outcomes and build ROI cases
