Objectives of the Role:
As the Senior Financial Analyst at Red Oak, you play a key role in ensuring we make sound financial decisions. You are the right-hand person to the CFO, translating complex data into actionable insights across all parts of the business. You’ll be making recommendations on a variety of topics to leaders across the business backed by thoughtful analysis. Given the fast-moving nature of our business, you’ll be asked to wear multiple hats and participate in a wide variety of projects, including requests driven by Board of Directors. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the Operational Finance Partner for the leadership of the company
- Lead the annual planning process in conjunction with CFO
- Own and improve the financial reporting package for the CEO and the Board
- Own and run ad-hoc financial projects for CEO, CFO, and the Board
- Key role in M&A, spanning from due diligence and integration to executing against the forecast
- Partner closely with Rev Ops to drive ARR and Revenue insights to drive improved performance
- Play a key role in updating our back-office tech stack including analyzing and identifying necessary planning tools, system integrations, and other technological enhancements
Skills/Qualifications:
Experience: 5 years of experience in FP&A or a related function, working cross-functional across departments. Previous investment banking or private equity experience preferred
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field. Advanced degree or certification (CFA, MBA, etc.) preferred
Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, with strong data and financial modeling skills
Analytical skills: Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights

Work Structure:
This position is based out of our Cedar Park HQ, with a minimum of 3 days (Tue – Thu) in the office each week. Limited travel is required.
