We're looking for a Technical Recruiter to support hiring across the Customer Success organization. This role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced technology environment and enjoys partnering with business leaders to attract top talent for customer-facing technical roles.
What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for Technical Customer Success and related post-sales roles from intake through offer acceptance.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to define hiring needs, candidate profiles, and recruiting strategies.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Evaluate candidates for technical aptitude, customer-facing skills, communication, problem-solving ability, and stakeholder management experience.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Advise hiring teams on talent market trends, compensation benchmarks, and recruiting best practices.
- Track recruiting metrics, pipeline health, and hiring progress while providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Contribute to employer branding efforts and help attract top talent in a competitive market.
What We're Looking For
- 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting for technical, customer success, SaaS, or other customer-facing technology roles.
- Strong sourcing and passive candidate engagement skills.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and business leaders.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and candidate-closing abilities.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
- Data-driven mindset with a strong focus on candidate experience and business partnership.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Solutions Consulting, Professional Services, or related post-sales functions.
- Background supporting hiring in high-growth SaaS or technology companies.
- Familiarity with enterprise software, analytics platforms, or customer engagement technologies.
- Experience supporting teams that manage enterprise or strategic customer accounts.
