Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, hands-on recent graduate to join our manufacturing team in an execution-focused role supporting daily production operations. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving on the production floor, and can quickly respond to real-time manufacturing needs.

The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and international partners, including coordination with engineering teams in Taiwan.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily production activities and troubleshoot issues directly on the manufacturing line
• Identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, yield, and overall production flow
• Work closely with Production, Quality, and Warehouse teams to resolve operational challenges
• Assist with process setup, documentation, and updates to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Provide support for New Product Introduction (NPI) activities
• Collaborate with Taiwan-based teams to ensure technical alignment and smooth communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
• 0–5 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or related environments
• Hands-on experience with assembly, SMT, or electronics manufacturing is strongly preferred
• Bilingual in Mandarin and English (required)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work on the production floor
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond quickly to production needs
