Controls Engineer – Industrial Automation
📍 Dallas, TX | Onsite | Full-Time
A leading industrial technology company is seeking a Controls Engineer to design and implement PLC/HMI control systems for advanced air, water, and emissions-control equipment. This role supports system architecture, instrumentation, commissioning, and customer-facing engineering projects across energy, semiconductor, and industrial markets.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop PLC/HMI architecture (Allen Bradley, Siemens).
- Create control logic diagrams, specs, and documentation.
- Collaborate with Process & Project Engineering teams.
- Support commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and hazardous area requirements.
What We’re Looking For:
- BS in Electrical/Controls/related engineering field.
- 3 years of controls or automation experience.
- Strong PLC/HMI programming and industrial instrumentation skills.
- Experience with safety interlocks or hazardous areas (plus).
- PE license a bonus.
Salary : $50 - $55
