Position Summary:

We are seeking an analytical, collaborative, and relationship-driven Manager. This highly visible role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day business operations, supporting CVS Health and Cardinal Health operational activities, and driving timely supply chain solutions to ensure business continuity with a strong focus on service level. This individual must be comfortable solving problems, suggesting solutions, developing team members, and serving as a trusted point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily activities related to resolving supply chain issues while ensuring efficiency, quality, and consistency and timelines of deliverables, and serving as the primary escalation point for analysts
• Coach senior analyst team members to support their growth and performance
• Oversee timelines and milestones for Cough/Cold/Flu seasonal planning, in-season supply management, weekly presentation to cross functional teams of relevant supply updates, and collaborate with Director on executive level summaries
• Oversee business reviews staying aligned across relevant teams on data findings
• Present relevant data driven service level insights weekly to cross functional teams
• Field questions from CVS and Cardinal Health organizations, prioritize work to deliver continuity of business support while consistently demonstrating a business case mentality
• Collaborate with several internal Red Oak teams to coordinate business activities related to stock flow (e.g., coverage, volume), global supply chain logistics, contracting for product, and related critical items to ensure best in class operations
• Identify risks and/or opportunities, and communicate findings clearly to Director of Operations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree; minimum of 3 years of experience working in an agile business environment, operations, analytics, account management or a relevant field
• Demonstrated strong aptitude for learning, with a collaborative and curious approach to problem-solving
• Demonstrated ability and desire to coach and develop professional-level talent through mentorship, feedback, and day-to-day leadership
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret large datasets while applying critical thinking skills to identify trends, validate data accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and ensure alignment with business objectives, and deliverables
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of success in fast-paced, dynamic environments and a strong sense of urgency
• Ability to prioritize and consistently deliver on multiple concurrent deliverables
• Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication, collaboration, and relationship building skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to travel occasionally

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior work experience related to generic pharmaceutical industry
• Prior work experience successfully mentoring or training team members

The typical pay range for this role is: $78,000.00 - $141,000.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a Red Oak bonus in addition to the base pay range listed above.
