Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)


If you are a nurse who is a meticulous record keeper and desires a career where your work directly affects everything from resident health to reimbursement rates, our skilled nursing facility has opportunity for an MDS Coordinator / ADON to join our team.


Position: Assistant Director of Nursing / MDS Coordinator
Shift: Days. Work is generally 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., but you must be willing to take call and work the floor.
Wage: LPN $35 - $38/hour / RN $$0 to $43 per hour

Primary Responsibilities ADON/MDS Coordinator:
Our ADON assists the director of nursing with administrative functions, supervising, directing, training, and provide direct quality resident care and assumes duties of director of nursing in his/her absence. Duties also include coordination of the MDS process to assure that desired resident outcomes and services are provided
