YOUR DAY AS OUR AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROPERTY MANAGER

In this Affordable Housing Property Manager role, you'll ensure the property operates efficiently by guiding applicants through the leasing process and maintaining accurate waitlists with your area manager. Throughout your day, you'll interact with residents to provide excellent service and resolve concerns while coordinating maintenance activities, prioritizing work orders, and ensuring vacant units are turned promptly, keeping the property organized, functional, and resident-ready at all times.

YOUR HOURS

• Part-time role
• Flexible scheduling between 8 AM and 6 PM
• Adaptability based on resident needs

REQUIREMENTS TO BECOME OUR AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROPERTY MANAGER

• Previous experience in real estate, property management, or the hotel industry
• Strong aptitude for customer service
• Team player with a willingness to learn

Preferred qualifications:

• Understanding of housing compliance laws
• Fair housing certifications
